I recently spent a weekend at Aisana Hotel Korat, and it was quite a mixed experience. While the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely little balcony, most staff felt more like hotel robots than genuine hosts. I must mention Salun, the bellboy, who truly stood out with his attentive service, and the café staff who were consistently cheerful and helpful. I really appreciated the room service in the mornings; nothing beats a leisurely breakfast on the balcony after a long flight. The hotel also had a cute little icing on top-an outdoor area perfect for unwinding next to a koi fish pond. For those who like a bit of activity, the facilities like the fitness center and pool were well-maintained.
